Sometimes, after changing your nameservers, DNS records, or hosting server, your website may still display the old page due to cached data stored in your browser.

Clearing your browser cache and cookies can help you see the latest version of your website.

How to Clear Browser Cache

Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
  3. Select All time as the time range.
  4. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  5. Click Clear data.
  6. Close and reopen your browser, then check your website again.

You can also try opening the website in an Incognito/Private window or perform a hard refresh using Ctrl + F5.

Important

After changing nameservers or DNS records, DNS propagation can take some time and may vary between networks and DNS providers. Clearing the browser cache helps with locally cached website content, but it does not speed up DNS propagation itself.

You normally do not need third-party cleaning software such as CCleaner just to clear browser cache; your browser's built-in options are sufficient.
