The Mailing Lists feature in cPanel allows you to create and manage a single email address that can distribute messages to multiple subscribers.
Follow the Steps Below
- Log in to your cPanel account.
- Go to the Email section.
- Click Mailing Lists.
- Under Create a Mailing List, enter a name for your mailing list.
- Select the domain you want to use.
- Enter and confirm a secure password for the mailing list.
- Choose the appropriate Access Type:
- Public – Allows users to subscribe to the mailing list.
- Private – Subscription requests require approval.
- Click Add to create the mailing list.
How to Manage the Mailing List
After creating the list, locate it under Current Lists and click Manage.
From the management interface, you can:
- Add or remove subscribers.
- Configure subscription settings.
- Manage administrators and moderators.
- Control message and privacy settings.
- Configure other mailing list options.
Important
cPanel mailing lists use Mailman. Avoid using mailing lists for unsolicited or bulk spam emails. All messages must comply with Razorhost's email and acceptable-use policies.
