The Global Email Filters feature in cPanel allows you to create email filtering rules that apply to all email accounts under your domain.

Follow the Steps Below

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. Go to the Email section.
  3. Click Global Email Filters.
  4. Click Create a New Filter.
  5. Enter a name in the Filter Name field.
  6. Under Rules, select the condition you want to filter, such as:
    • From
    • Subject
    • To
    • Reply Address
    • Body
    • Spam Status
  7. Select a condition such as Contains, Equals, or Begins With and enter the required value.
  8. Under Actions, choose what should happen when an email matches the rule.
  9. Click Create to save the filter.

Available Actions

Depending on your cPanel configuration, you can choose actions such as:

  • Discard Message
  • Redirect to Email
  • Fail with Message
  • Deliver to Folder
  • Pipe to a Program

You can also add multiple rules or actions to create more advanced email filters.

Important

Global Email Filters apply to email received by email accounts associated with the cPanel account. Configure the rules carefully, as an incorrect filter may cause legitimate emails to be discarded or redirected.
