The Email Deliverability feature in cPanel helps you identify and fix DNS-related email authentication issues. It checks important records such as SPF and DKIM, which help improve email deliverability and reduce spoofing.

Steps to Check Email Deliverability

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. Go to the Email section.
  3. Click Email Deliverability.
  4. Find the domain you want to check.
  5. Check the Email Deliverability Status for the domain.
  6. If an issue is detected, click Manage.
  7. Review the suggested SPF and DKIM records.
  8. If your DNS is managed by the cPanel server, use the available Repair option to correct supported records.

If You Are Using External DNS

If your domain uses Cloudflare or another external DNS provider, cPanel may not be able to update the DNS records automatically.

In this case, copy the recommended SPF/DKIM records shown under Email Deliverability and add them manually at your DNS provider.

Important

After updating DNS records, allow some time for the changes to propagate and then check Email Deliverability again.

Correct SPF and DKIM records improve email authentication, but they do not guarantee that every email will reach the recipient's inbox.
