Razorhost Nameservers – DNS Setup Guide

Overview

Razorhost nameservers connect your domain name to your Razorhost hosting account. Nameservers are part of the Domain Name System (DNS) and help direct visitors, emails, and other services to the correct server.

If your domain is registered with another provider, you need to update its nameservers to Razorhost nameservers before using it with your hosting account.

Razorhost Nameservers

For Razorhost Web Hosting, use:

• Primary Nameserver: ns1.dnspark.in
• Secondary Nameserver: ns2.dnspark.in

You can also verify the nameservers assigned to your hosting account from your Razorhost Client Dashboard or hosting welcome email.

How to Update Nameservers

1. Log in to the provider where your domain is registered.
2. Open Domain Management / DNS / Nameserver Settings.
3. Select the option to use Custom Nameservers.
4. Enter:
   • ns1.dnspark.in
   • ns2.dnspark.in
5. Save the changes.

DNS changes may take some time to propagate worldwide. In some cases, full propagation can take up to 24–48 hours.

Why Use Razorhost Nameservers?

Using Razorhost nameservers makes it easier to manage your domain with your hosting account. You can manage A, CNAME, MX, TXT, and other DNS records through your hosting control panel.

Can I Use Cloudflare or Other Nameservers?

Yes. You can use third-party DNS providers such as Cloudflare. In that case, you must manually configure the required DNS records to point your domain to your Razorhost hosting server.

Website Not Working After Changing Nameservers?

If you recently updated your nameservers, allow some time for DNS propagation. Also check that:

• Both nameservers were entered correctly.
• Your domain has been added to your hosting account.
• The required DNS records are correctly configured.
