Steps to Complete KYC Verification
- Log in to your Razorhost Dashboard.
- Open KYC Verification from Client Shortcuts.
- Click Start / Re-initiate.
- You will receive an SMS from Digio with a secure verification link.
- Follow the instructions on the Digio page to:
- Verify your mobile number using OTP.
- Enter your Aadhaar number and complete OTP verification.
- Enter your DigiLocker PIN.
- Capture a live selfie when prompted.
- Return to Razorhost → KYC Verification and click Refresh Status.

Once your KYC status shows Completed, your hosting account will be manually reviewed and activated.

KYC verification helps Razorhost prevent hosting abuse, phishing, fraud, spam, and unauthorized usage, helping maintain a safe and secure hosting network.
KYC requirements apply equally to all customers and form part of our accepted Terms of Service.
