Creating a Backup:
1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Navigate to Backup Wizard.
3. Select "Backup" and choose "Full Backup".
4. Make sure "MySQL Databases" is selected.
5. Click "Generate Backup" and download the backup file.
Restoring a Backup:
1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Navigate to Backup Wizard.
3. Select "Restore" and choose "MySQL Databases".
4. Upload the backup file.
5. Initiate the restore process.
6. Confirm the successful restoration.
