The Autoresponders feature in cPanel allows you to automatically send a predefined reply when someone sends an email to a specific email address.
Follow the Steps Below
- Log in to your cPanel account.
- Go to the Email section.
- Click Autoresponders.
- Click Add Autoresponder.
- Select the Character Set, usually
utf-8. - Set the Interval to control how often the same sender receives the automatic response.
- Enter the email Username and select your Domain.
- Enter the From name and Subject.
- Enter your automatic reply in the Body section.
- Set the Start and Stop time as required.
- Click Create/Modify to save the autoresponder.
Example
You can use an automatic response such as:
Thank you for contacting us. We have received your email and will get back to you as soon as possible.
Important
The Interval setting helps prevent the same sender from receiving repeated automatic replies within a short period. Set an appropriate interval to avoid unnecessary emails.
